2nd Friday Night out in Mesa
Every second Friday in the month is reserved for a Fright night out in historic downtown Mesa! Each second Friday of the month, downtown Mesa stays open late for over 60 artists showcasing their original work, food vendors and shopping. Bring your family down to enjoy live music and plenty of activities for the kids. Even your furry friends on leashes can come and check it out.
2nd Friday Night Out is a giant block party and each month has a different theme from fashion shows to classic car shows. This April’s theme is Independent Music Festival Project and it will be accompanied by great, independent musical performers.
Where is 2nd Friday Night Out?
On Main Street in downtown Mesa between Center and Country Club. You can find an information booth on Main and Macdonald. Here’s a map if you need help finding it.
When is it?
The second Friday of every month from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
How much does this Mesa event cost?
Admission is free! Just make sure to bring cash for the food vendors and shops.

There is free parking on the street in the neighborhood.
Here’s a list of the upcoming party themes for 2nd Friday Night Out this year:
April is Independent Music Festival Project where you can come and watch live independent musical acts of all kind perform.
May is Dog Daze! Downtown Mesa will be catering to your furry friends with doggy contests, dinner with your dog, live bands and dog rescue groups.
June is Sci-Fi Friday! Dress as your favorite Sci-Fi character and you could win a prize.
July is Attack of the Nerds and Geeks where you can compete in vintage video game contests and science trivia contests.
August is Hotter than Hades where you can wear a toga and enjoy fire juggling and live bands.
